UEFA has launched a disciplinary process over the events leading up to the Euro 2020 final, when England fans clashed with stewards and police in an attempt to invade the stadium.
FA CEO Mark Bullingham apologized to the innocent fans who were injured and said the security team had "never seen anything like it".
