Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has announced that he is fully aware of what Atletico Madrid will offer Chelsea in tomorrow's first round of the Champions League clash between the two teams. The Londoners will be without experienced defender Thiago Silva for the match in Bucharest, but Kai Havertz and Christian Pulisic have recovered and will be on the line.
"This match is certainly for someone with Tiago's qualities, but unfortunately, he is not available. However, I am happy that Kai and Christian are in the group for the match," Tuhel said.
"Of course this is a huge test. They are a club that has experience at this level. The coach is also experienced. Let's hope that this will make us show our best. We will do things our way. "And they are theirs. It's clear what you face when you play with Atletico - a strong battle against an experienced opponent with a strong psyche," he added.
