Official: Rafa Benitez takes over Everton

Spanish manager Rafael Benitez has officially taken over the Everton team, the club announced. Benitez's contract is for three years, according to Goodison Park. 

"We chose Rafa because I believe he will lead Everton to success. We have to compete with the best teams and win trophies. Rafa is a proven winner with a lot of experience in different teams and we are sure he is the most the good choice for Everton ", said the majority owner of the club Farhad Moshiri .
