Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford will undergo shoulder surgery next week and will be out for about three months.
The 23-year-old has long been plagued by shoulder pain and believes surgery is the best way to solve the problem.
"After consultation between Marcus, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the club's medical staff and specialists, he will soon be operated on to remove his shoulder injury. He will now be able to focus on his rehabilitation to return. as soon as possible, said Old Trafford.
Last season, Rashford scored 11 goals in 37 appearances in the Premier League and was part of England for Euro 2020.
