Tottenham striker Harry Kane is isolated at the Spurs training base and trains on his own. He is fulfilling the requirements for quarantine after his vacation in the Bahamas and Florida, informed the manager of the team Nuno Espirito Santo.
Kane, 28, did not take part in training last week, but said he never refused to train. In doing so, it put an end to speculation that it was trying to impose a transfer to Manchester City.
Santo explained that he has not yet spoken to the team captain, who will train individually until Thursday to follow the protocols applied to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection.
"Harry is with us. It must be quarantined. He is in training camp and training. We plan to integrate Harry when he's done with the protocols we need to implement. I will talk to him as soon as possible, "Santo said.
Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola confirmed on Friday that the club still wants to sign a contract with the England captain, although the initial offer worth 100 million pounds was rejected by the London club in June.
