Oxford United beat Wigan 2-1 in a match of the 29th round of League 1. The match will be remembered for the fact that it was suspended for nearly an hour as a fire broke out.
All faces in the stadium were evacuated after some floodlights went out at half-time and the stadium smelled burnt.

Three fire trucks responded to the stadium to put out the fire, which was caused by two of the stadium's floodlights. Both teams were taken out of the facility.
There were also 60 employees of the National Health Service and volunteers at the stadium, who were simultaneously conducting vaccinations for COVID-19.
Journalists covering the match, as well as players from both teams, doctors, nurses and stewards were ordered to stand in the parking lot and wait.
After a 55-minute delay, referee Brett Hustable resumed the match.
